I have been having personal training with Rich,  for some time.  I find him very easy to talk to and very supportive and  he does like to make you work hard!.

I feel that if he can make me work hard on my personal training he can help anyone else, as I am very stubborn and I don't find exercise easy or enjoyable!, but he does it so that the exercise is enjoyable!! And makes you want to stick to your commitments, e.g. Losing weight, getting fit.  I have notice results in losing weight and inches as well.

I had started off with another trainer who unfortunately left the gym, I did enjoy doing the personal training, and I notice the results.  I wanted to find another trainer and I am so pleased that I found Rich.
